When you upload documents to this tool:

• Your files are sent securely to extract job data.
• Nothing is written to disk or any database.
• Your documents are discarded immediately after processing.
• The only output is the completed intake form returned to you.
• BHI receives the extracted job data — equivalent to receiving a filled-in form.

Your documents are yours. They are not mined, stored, or shared.
